We were shopping around for a new car when we arrived at the dealership we were met by a sales rep by the name of Scott, who was very friendly and knowledgeable and patient. He spent and in ordinate amount of time in showing us different vehicles and test driving several cars without any pressure. This allowed us to make a decision to purchase one of their vehicles, which we did.. I have purchased many vehicles in the past, and found this experience to be by far the most pleasurable. I highly recommend this dealership in specifically this sales person.

I needed a new fob key battery. Nick literally replaced the battery and had the key looking brand new in no time. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Awesome customer service...

I was very impressed by this business. They went above and beyond of what was expected. The salesman i spoke to was so knowledgeable, attentive and one of the most professional individuals i have met. The pure excitement of him informing me of all the different products and why i should look at all my options, and this is what made Ferrari of San Diego stand out in the most incredible way, the salesman explained all my options to detail and assured me to take as much time as i needed, but the reason this experience stood out was i never once asked him for this valuable information but it was his duty to go above and beyond to accommodate any of my needs. Needless to say the conversation lasted almost 45 minutes as were indulging on topics of success, failures and most importantly to know one has wealth yet have the ability to remain humble. This company understands professionals like myself and i highly recommended anyone who is interested in a luxury vehicle take a stroll by this Ferrari dealership first, it might just be the first and only dealership you go to as i am sure anyone will have an amazing experience here. These guys understand customer service. From the selection process, to the buying and delivery experience, and the follow-up, Scott and his team made sure it was an experience to remember. The other thing about Scott is he focuses on what's best for you and not on what's best for him and the dealership. Unfortunately most sales reps at other dealerships don't take the long term view the way he does. His sole focus is to make sure you are in the right car for you. So much appreciated.

I am a long time Ferrari enthusiast, having owned more than 12 Ferraris. I currently own a 2015 458 spider which I enjoy immensely. I recently brought my 458 to the San Diego Ferrari service department for an annual service. I was greeted by Nick Dwyer, a service adviser, immediately upon my arrival. Nick was prepared for my arrival, had the relevant paper work available for my review and signature and inquired about the condition of the vehicle. Nick promptly arranged for a driver to return me to my office. Before departing the service center, Nick advised me of the time my 458 would be ready for pick the following day. As promised, my 458 was available for pick-up when I arrived at the dealership and was presented to me in pristinely washed condition. Nick advised me that the car was free of any need for repair. He advised my that the tire and brakes were in near new condition and we discussed meeting again next year for the annual service. Overall, my experience with Nick was exemplary. I would recommend Nick highly to anyone in need of a Ferrari Service Advisor.
